Partners with the Longview Fire Department Chaplains.

Emotional
Partners with Operation True North, Hope Road and other local counseling clinics.
Provides education on how to deal with stress to include post traumatic stress.
Responds to individuals needing crisis intervention.
Responds post critical incident to mitigate the stress response with defusing, debriefing and individual follow up.
Maritial
Partners with Operation True North, Hope Road and other counseling clinics for marital counseling.
Partners with married fire couples willing to coach with struggling fire couples.
Provides fire spouses with education, information and support on how to deal with the stresses of the job on family life.
Family
Partners with Operation True North, Hope Road and other counseling clinics for family counseling.
Identifies fire families willing to support struggling fire families.
Identifies church ministries and organizations that supports special needs families may encounter.
Financial
Partners with individuals in crisis to mitigate the financial burden created by post traumatic stress.
Provides training/coaching on budgeting, investing and retirement planing.
Physical
Partners with churches and organizations willing to assist firefighters with home projects.
Meal trains when firefighters are sick, injured or have lost a loved one.
Encourages station co-workers to assist each other when sick or injured.
Provides information on physical fitness and nutrition.
Drug and Alcohol
Partners with Operation True North, Hope Road and other counseling clinics to find in patient and out patient treatment for drug or alcohol abuse.
